在总结了路边停车的泊位供应，违章停车严重程度，设施状况，设置情况和停车管理几个方面存在的主要问题的基础上，着重对停车管理中的停车管理机构，停车收费，停车法规和管理手段进行了分析，并把问题的原因归纳到观念，规划和管理三个方面，对路边停车的几个主要方面对比国外的管理措施，总结国外的成功经验，并在此基础上，提出适合我国国情的现阶段管理对策。

Exploration into the Problem of Curb Parking in City Center

Curb parking lot is the main constituent part of city parking facilities, but now it has lots of problems to be dealt with, especially in City Center Area (CCA). After summarizing the main problems concerning the curb parking, which includes the supplies of berths, the degree of peccadillo of vehicles, the setting location and the parking management, the paper especially analyzes the setting of curb parking institution, the toll of parking and the means of management. The reasons are reduced to the concept, planning and management. Finally, comparing each aspect with management in the foreign countries, some countermeasures are brought forward for our country based on the successful management of other countries.
