| 摘 要： | 研制了一套微机自适应控制系统，通过对瞬态加工速度和瞬态加工状态间隙的快速识别和对加工过程的紧密跟踪，第一次实现了无反馈控制环的安全自适应控制，从而提高制精度和加工稳定性。

| Abstract: | A complete set of microcomputer adaptive control system is developed in the paper, through which a perfect adaptive control is realized for the first time without feed-back controlling rings through high-speed recognition of clearances between transient processing state and transient processing speed, and a close tracking to this processing procedures. As the result, the control accuracy and the processing stability have been greatly improved. |
