农作物秸秆资源综合利用的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新的秸秆机械预处理方法。处理后的秸杆分成粗纤维和细小纤维两部分。对利用粗纤维进行秸秆制浆、脱木质素等条件进行了探索,确定了制浆、H2O2和ClO2脱木质素的最佳工艺条件。对利用细小纤维部分生产膳食纤维、低聚木糖进行了研究,并对用化学法同时制备膳食纤维、低聚木糖的工艺条件进行了探讨。

Abstract:A new mechanical pretreatment of straw was reported in this article. Straws that have been pretreated by this method are divided into two parts:rough cellulose and tiny cellulose. The rough cellulose uses on pulping. The optimum technological conditions of delignification by H2O2, ClO2 and pulp are confirmed. Utilization of tiny cellulose to produce dietary fiber and xylo-oligosaccharides was also reported in this article. The optimum reaction conditions by chemical method are confirmed.
