摘    要:为仿真载波为300 GHz的室内无线通信系统,利用 Simulink 软件平台,设计了信号产生模块、倍频模块和次谐波混频模块,仿真得到信号在各个阶段的频谱图,并计算了发射和接收系统在不同距离下接收的中频输出功率。仿真结果表明,在存在背景噪声干扰的情况下,接收中频功率随着发射和接收天线距离的增加而减小,接收中频信号的频谱较好。

Abstract:Simulink software platform is used to simulate indoor wireless communication system,the carrier frequency of which is 300 GHz.The signal module,frequency doubling module and subharmonic mixer module are designed based on Simulink,which get the spectra of signals in each stage.The intermediate frequency output power is calculated at the differ-ent distances between the transmitting system and the receiving system.The simulation results show that under the interfer-ence of background noise,the power of the receiving intermediate frequency will decreases with the increase of distance be-tween transmitter and receiver,and the intermediate frequency signal spectrum is better.
