摘    要:针对传统焦化蒸氨废水工艺余热未全面回收利用的问题,设计开发了蒸氨废水余热回收利用新技术。通过蒸汽、热水两用型制冷、采暖双工况吸收式热泵机组,可夏季回收蒸氨废水余热制取热水,作为制冷机驱动热源制取工艺冷却水,满足煤气净化回收系统冷却需要,冬季回收蒸氨废水余热并辅以蒸汽为热源生产取暖水,实现了蒸氨废水余热的综合利用,降低了工序能耗,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A new technology for recovering and utilizing the waste heat from the eoking ammonia distillation wastewater was designed and developed as the traditional way for treating the ammonia distillation wastewater could not fulfill the objective of an all-round recovery and utilization of the waste heat. By adopting the absorption heat pump of the steam/hot water type for both refrigeration and heating purposes, the waste heat in the ammonia distillation wastewater could be recovered to produce hot water in summer, and be used as the hot source to drive the refrigerator for preparing the process cooling water which is required by the gas purification and recovery system. And in winter, the waste heat recovered from the ammonia distillation wastewater and supplemented with some steam can be used as the hot source to prepare hot water for heating. Thus, the waste heat from the ammonia distillation wastewater can be utilized in a comprehensive way. On the one hand, the process energy consumption is decreased, and on the other hand, there shall be earnings from winter heating. On top of that, it helps to improve the environment.
