摘    要:结合神宁集团50万t/a煤基烯烃项目气化炉运行情况,分析了GSP气化工艺煤粉锁斗下料的常见问题,从日常运行维护和检修技改方面,提出了建议和优化措施:严格控制煤粉指标、优化工艺设计、把控检修质量和规范操作等。通过采取相应措施,基本稳定了煤粉锁斗下料,较好解决了煤粉系统波动的问题。

Abstract:Common blanking problems happened to the pulverized coal lock hopper for the GSP gasification process were analyzed based on the operation practice of the 500 000 t/a coal-to-olefin project of the Shenning group. Some suggestions and optimization measures were proposed from the aspects of daily operation, maintenance and technical innovation, which focused on the strict control of pulverized coal index, optimization of the process design, quality of daily maintenance and overhaul, standardized operation of the plant, etc. All the efforts helped to improve the blanking stability of the coal lock hopper, solved the fluctuation problem of the pulverized coal handling system, and that ensured long term operation of the plant.
