摘    要:针对云煤能源公司下属焦化公司生产中因配煤水分高而造成的煤饼剥蚀量大、易坍塌、捣固成型困难等问题,进行了煤调湿工艺开发,以焦炉烟道气余热为热源或动力源,开发的"焦炉烟道废气-流化床"和"焦炉烟道废气-滚筒干燥机"煤调湿技术,可以控制配煤水分在10%左右,并且在节能、降耗、减排方面效益显著。

Abstract:Many problems cropped out due to the high moisture content in the coal blending at branch companies under Yunnan Coal & Energy Co., Ltd., e.g. the problems of large denudation quantity, collapsing of coal cakes and shaping difficulties. Confronting such a situation, the Yunnan Coal & Energy Co., Ltd. developed the Coal Moisture Control (CMC) process which included the technologies of "fluidized bed based on coke oven flue gas" and "roller dryer based on coke oven flue gas", using the waste heat of the coke oven flue gas as a heat source or power souree to bring the moisture content of the coal blending down to approximately 10%. Besides, this technology brought good effect on energy conservation and consumption/emission reduction.
