山焦公司焦炉烟道气余热利用方案探讨

摘    要:对几种焦炉烟道气余热利用技术即煤调湿技术、应用热管技术加热除盐水和副产蒸汽分别进行了分析探讨。结合山西焦化集团有限公司焦炉装置生产实际情况,对以上3种焦炉烟道气余热利用方案,分别从工艺技术的可行性、实施的难易程度、投资、效益等方面进行比对分析,提出了相关的建议。

Abstract:The waste heat utilization technology of the coke oven flue gas, i.e. the coal moisture control technology, heating demineralized water and producing steam by heat pipe technology was introduced. Based on the company's actual situation, different process routes for flue gas waste heat utilization were studied with reference to process feasibility, implementation complexity, investment, efficiency and benefits, and a suggestion on feasible revamping was proposed.
