超声波防垢除垢技术在煤气掺混器上的应用

摘    要:针对焦炉煤气杂质堵塞煤气掺混器孔道,造成焦炉煤气回炉煤气压力升高的问题,安装了超声波防垢除垢装置,并对其在线除垢能力进行了考察。结果表明,安装超声波防垢除垢装置后,高炉煤气、焦炉煤气及掺混后的煤气热值不变,基本保持稳定;在机、焦侧直行温度平均值无明显变化的前提下,焦炉煤气机、焦侧掺混压力由安装前5.3kPa、3.0 kPa下降到安装后2.5kPa、2.4kPa,说明安装该装置达到了在线智能除垢的目的。

Abstract:In view of the coke oven gas impurities clogging the pore passage of the gas mixing device and cause the increase of the coke oven gas pressure, an ultrasonic antiscaling/descaling device was installed to investigate its online descaling ability. The results showed that after installing this ultrasonic antiscaling/descaling device, the calorific value of the blast furnace gas, the coke oven gas and the mixed gas remained unchanged, and they basically kept stable. If there was no evident change in the mean longitudinal temperature, the mixing pressure of the COG at the pusher side and the coke side decreased from 5.3 kPa, 3.0 kPa (before installation) down to 2.5 kPa, 2.4 kPa (after installation), which indicated that the online intelligent descaling objective was obtained after installing the ultrasonic antiscaling/descaling device.
