西山煤电煤焦化循环经济园区的规划探讨

介绍了西山煤电(集团)公司循环经济工业园区十二五发展规划的总体思路、煤化工产业链的选择、工艺技术的初步方案,并进行了投资估算及经济效益的评价。以年产1 500万t焦炭为起点,焦炉煤气的综合利用为主导,生产60万t/a甲醇制烯烃深加工产品、60万t/a焦油深加工产品、20万t/a粗苯深加工产品,并对深加工后的产品进行市场分析,预期规划实施后有一定的财务效益和抗风险能力。

Program and Discussion about the Xishan Coal Power/Coking Circular Economy Park

Introduced here were the general idea of the 12th Five-year Development Plan of the Circular Economy Park of the Xishan Coal Power Group Co., Ltd., the selection of its coal chemical industry chain, the preliminary technology scheme, and the assessment of the investment estimation and economic benefit. The 15,000,000 t/a coke production capacity is to be the starting point to provide coke oven gas for comprehensive utilization, then the Company is to build a 600,000 t/a methanol-toolefins plant, a 600,000 t/a tar processing plant and also a 200,000 t/a crude benzol processing plant. Analysis was carried out on the market prices of the various products from deep processing, and the result indicated that the plan had good financial benefit and anti-risk capability.
