| 摘 要： | 介绍了原始开车初期60 000 m3/h空分装置分子筛吸附器出口气中CO2含量上升的现象及应对措施。对CO2含量上升的原因进行了分析和探讨,明确了分子筛没有进行特殊再生是造成CO2含量上升的主要原因。

| Abstract: | A presentation is given of the phenomenon of CO 2 content rising in molecular sieve adsorber outlet gas of 60 000 m3/h air separation unit during initial stage of original start-up and countermeasures .The causes for rising of CO 2 content is analyzed and investigated , and it is confirmed that the molecular sieve not being specially regenerated is the primary cause for the rising of CO 2 content . |
