| 摘 要： | 介绍了与80 kt/a合成氨装置配套的0.8 MPa中低低变换工艺优化改造为全低变工艺前、后流程情况及改造内容。通过对改造前、后运行情况的比较与分析,论证了优化改造后的变换系统具有良好的节能效果,控制更加简便、灵活。

| Abstract: | A presentation is given of process flow sheet conditions before and after optimization improvement of 0 .8 MPa medium-low-low temperature shift process revamped to fully low temperature shift process of 80 kt/a ammonia synthesis plant and renovation content .By means of comparison and analysis of operation conditions before and after renovation , it is demonstrated that after optimization improvement , shift system has good energy saving effect , and control is more simple and flexible . |
