摘    要:研究探讨了将大型燃煤锅炉烟气氨法脱硫装置副产的硫酸铵母液送至磷酸铵装置联产湿法磷酸的可行性。经论证得出:硫酸铵母液联产湿法磷酸既可保持烟气脱硫装置长周期稳定运行,实现锅炉烟气达标排放,又可回收利用烟气中的硫资源;如果企业同时拥有烟气脱硫装置和磷复肥装置且相距较近,则联产的成功率更高。

Abstract:The feasibility of sending ammonium sulfate mother liquor , which is by-product of ammonia process for flue gas desulfurization of large scale coal-fired boilers, to ammonium phosphate plant to coproduce wet-process phosphoric acid is researched and explored .Argumentation results show that ammonium sulfate mother liquid coproduction wet-process phosphoric acid can keep flue gas desulfurization plant long term stable operation , but also can recover and use sulfur resource from flue gas;if the enterprises have both flue gas desulfurization plant and phosphate and compound fertilizer plant, and they locate nearby , coproduction success rate is higher .
