摘    要:对干熄焦装置在热回收焦炉中的传热过程进行了理论计算,结果表明,随着焦块粒度增加,熄焦时间延长。借助AspenPlus软件中的换热模块对干熄炉内高温焦炭与循环气体的换热过程进行模拟,模拟结果与工业运行数据基本吻合。借助Aspen Plus软件中的灵敏度分析工具,研究了排焦量、循环气体量对锅炉入口温度的影响,结果表明,为防止锅炉入口温度过高烧损锅炉管、耐火材料,最简单的方法是减少排焦量、增加循环气体量。

Abstract:A theoretical calculation was worked out on the heat transfer process of the coke dry quenching (CDQ) unit of the heat recovery coke oven, and the result of which indicated that the quenching time of the coke oven extended with the increase of the coke particle size. The heat exchange process of the high-temperature coke and the circulating gas in the CDQ oven was simulated with the help of the heat exchange module of the Aspen Plus, and the simulation result showed that it was basically consistent with the data obtained from the commercial plant. Quantitative research was carried out to study the influence of coke draining mass and the circulating gas volume on the boiler inlet temperature by using sensitivity analysis tool in the Aspen Plus, which showed that reducing the amount of the draining coke and increasing the amount of the circulating gas could prevent high boiler inlet temperature from burning through the boiler tubes and refractory materials.
