摘    要:从磨损原理及锅炉炉膛内物料的流化运动原理等方面分析了循环流化床锅炉常见的磨损问题。通过在锅炉水冷壁卫燃带上方每隔一定高度沿壁面径向安装1圈物料回流缓冲槽,以降低物料下落高度和减小物料的运动速度,从而达到预防运动的物料对水冷壁磨损的目的。

Abstract:From abrasive wear principle and principle of fluidized motion of materials in the furnace, the common abrasive wear in the recirculation fluidized bed boiler is analyzed. Above the refractory belt of the water-cooling wall of the boiler, a circle of material baekflow buffer grooves is installed radially along the wall at every other height, so as to decrease the drop height of the material and slow down the speed of material movement, thereby achieving the aim of prevention of abrasion of the water-cooling wall by the moving materials.
