| 摘 要： | 建筑策划是现代城市建设活动中所产生的一个新领域，商业建筑策划是其中一个分支，其研究在我国的建筑学科中尚属起步阶段。该文在建筑策划理论的基础上，系统地对商业建筑策划概念、原理作了较为全面、深入的阐述、判断和归纳，论述了商业建筑策划形成的必然性与必要性，从商业建筑的外部条件入手，分析了商业建筑策划的类型与内容。

| Abstract: | Commercial architectural scheme is just a branch of architectural scheme which is a new field of construction process of modern city. On the basis of the architectural scheme theory, this paper makes an overall and thorough explanation, judgment and conclusion about the concept and theory of commercial architectural scheme, The paper discusses the necessity and certainty of its formation and analyzes the type and content of it from the external conditions of commercial architecture. |
