烟煤与SiO2合成SiC和Si3N4超细粉的研究

摘    要:以 9种烟煤与SiO2 为原料 ,分别在氮气氛下进行合成试验。结果表明 ,在 15 0 0℃条件下 ,低变质烟煤易于形成SiC ,高变质烟煤易于形成Si3N4 ,而处于煤种过渡阶段的气煤、肥煤和焦煤既不易合成SiC也不易合成Si3N4 。其原因主要与不同变质程度烟煤在高温下的体变特性和孔隙结构差异有关

Abstract:Under the condition of 1500℃ with N2 gas,the experiments show that SiC can be easily synthesized with low rank coal and Si3N4 can be easily synthesized with high rank coal,but neither SiC nor Si3N4 is easily synthesized with gas coal,rich coal and coke coal which are between low rank coal and high rank coal.And the reasons are mainly related to the property that the bodies of various rank coals get variations under high temperature and the difference of their pore structure.
