| 摘 要： | 对比分析中美能源消费结构、各类能源消费量、二氧化碳排放量的比例及其变动趋势。中美各类能源在工业、商业、交通和居民消费4大产业部门间的消费结构。中国2005年42个产业部门各类能源的消费结构，测算中国2010年可再生能源政策钧减排效应和重点行业节能的减排效应，节能减排的政策建议。
