高压加氢装置热高分换热器管束腐蚀原因分析

摘    要:分析了中国石油克拉玛依石化公司润滑油高压加氢装置热高分油气/循环氢高压换热器不锈钢管束腐蚀泄漏的原因。通过宏观检测、涡流检测、材质分析、腐蚀产物分析等技术手段,认定由于在管束内形成NH4C l结晶,导致垢下腐蚀和紊流状态下的冲蚀。从技术上和管理上提出了应对措施,通过控制材质升级、工艺温度调整、增加工艺注水点等,确保了设备的长周期运行。

Abstract:The causes of corrosion leakages in stainless steel tube bundles of high-pressure oil vapor/recycle gas heat exchanger of high-pressure lube oil hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company are analyzed.The macro testing,eddy current testing,material analysis and corrosion products analysis,etc have confirmed that the under-deposit corrosion and impingement erosion under turbulent current are caused mainly by NH4Cl crystallization inside the tubes.Corresponding corrective measures have bee...
