| 摘 要： | 介绍了HKH-101催化裂化分子筛抗焦活化剂在中国石油天然气股份有限公司大连石化分公司0.90M t/a重油催化裂化装置中的应用情况。该抗焦活化剂为液体,在原料雾化喷嘴前注入,能调节催化剂的活性中心数量,促进原料中沥青质、胶质大分子的预裂化,促进胶质、沥青质的分散,提高原料油在喷嘴处的雾化、汽化效果等。试用表明,HKH-101催化裂化分子筛抗焦活化剂能有效地维持催化剂的活性,明显减少焦炭生成,改善产品分布,在HKH-101催化裂化分子筛抗焦活化剂的作用下,液体收率提高了1.11百分点,油浆产率降低了0.90百分点,焦炭产率降低了0.25百分点;停用HKH-101后,液体收率降低了1.12百分点,油浆收率提高了0.58百分点,焦炭产率上升了0.52百分点。抗焦活化剂的使用对产品性质影响不大,对操作也无影响。经济效益评估结果表明,加活化剂后原料油利润提高了7.82 RMB$/t。

| Abstract: | The application of HKH-101 catalytic cracking zeolite retarder activator in a 900,000 TPY heavy oil FCC Unit in PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company is introduced.The retarder activator is liquid in state and added upstream of feed atomizing nozzles.The retarder activator can adjust the number of active sites,promote pre-cracking of asphaltenes and gums in the feed and accelerate the dispersion of gums and aslphaltenes,thus improving atomization and vaporization of feedstock at the atomizing nozzles.The ... |
