催化重整装置氢压机系统存在的问题及对策

中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司催化重整装置的氢压机运行中出现了氢气带液、填料盒泄漏、设备停机等问题,严重威胁机组的安全平稳运行。从工艺操作条件、设备结构缺陷等方面逐一分析了出现问题的原因,并从整个氢压机运行的系统环境考虑,采取相应的措施实施,如改变氢气系统的设备结构避免氢气带液,改变氢压机的填料结构防止氢气泄漏等。结果表明：这些措施从根本上消除了氢压机运行中存在的问题,确保了装置的安全平稳运行。
