| 摘 要： | 针对服务外包产业发展迅猛,但服务外包人才短缺和结构不合理的问题,在分析我国服务外包人才培养现状的基础上,提出校企合作,共同培养软件人才的"2+1+1"模式,并结合具体教学实践,阐述和总结课程体系、师资队伍、质量保障、软技能及外语、就业体系的建设。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of the industry of service outsourcing, the problem of the shortage and unreasonable composition of the talents for service outsourcing emerges. After analyzing the state-of-the-art training of the talents for service outsourcing in China, a ＂2＋1＋1＂ mode based on the college-enterprise training of the software talents is proposed. By virtue of the teaching practice, the constructions of course architectures, compositions of teachers, quality assurance, master of soft techniques and foreign languages, and employment systems are described and summarized. |
