螺旋板式换热器在减黏裂化和FCC装置上的应用

摘    要:炼油厂的减黏裂化和FCC装置分馏塔底部冷却器结垢,影响整个装置的工艺性能和效益。对螺旋板式热器性能、特点进行论述并通过实际案例,说明螺旋板式换热器,能提高装置传热效率,降低生产成本。

Application of spiral plate heat exchanger in visbreaker and FCC unit

Abstract:The fractionator bottom heat exchangers in refinery FCCU and visbreaker have a higher tendency of fouling, which will have a great impact on process performance and economics. The advantages of spiral plate heat exchanger are compared with conventional shell-tube heat exchanger. The commercial installations demonstrate that the application of spiral plate heat exchanger has improved the heat transfer efficiency and reduced the operating costs of the units.
