能量回收液力透平的研究现状及展望

摘    要:能量回收液力透平技术及应用对节能减排有重要意义。液力透平主要有反转泵形式、冲击式、导叶式以及目前一些先进国家研发的专用能量回收液力透平。透平回收装置基本布置方式有直驱式和辅助式布置。总结国内外液力透平的研究现状,其工作主要从液力透平的选型计算、优化设计、转速稳定性控制、力特性及结构强度、透平速度滑移等方面展开。液力透平能量回收装置应用广泛,其研究向着专门化、特殊化、多样化的方向发展。

Abstract:The application of hydraulic energy recovery turbines plays an important role in energy saving and emission reduction. There are four structure forms of hydraulic energy recovery turbines: pumps as turbines,impulse turbines,vane-guided turbines and specialized hydraulic energy recovery turbines. The configuration of energy recovery unit is of two modes: hydraulic energy recovery turbine drives pump or blower directly and it serves as assist device for motor. The research status of hydraulic energy recovery turbines both at home and abroad are summarized and it found that studies separated several aspects: turbine selection calculation,optimization design for turbine runner,rotating speed stability control of turbine,force condition and structure strength of turbine and turbine velocity slip. Hydraulic energy recovery turbine has an abroad application in various hydraulic systems and studies are developing to specialization and diversification directions.
