苯菲尔蒸汽压缩机技术改造

摘    要:锦天化苯菲尔蒸汽压缩机一直存在振值高、润滑油易进水等问题,严重影响压缩机长周期运行,及脱碳溶液的再生效果,增加系统的运行成本。通过对苯菲尔蒸汽压缩机的改造,提高了装置的负荷率和运转率,实现了节能降耗。本文对压缩机存在问题进行了分析,并对压缩机的改造进行了介绍,以供同行参考。

Abstract:This paper is directed at resolving the excessive vibration ot Jintianhua s Benfield steam compressor, and the tendency for lubricating oil to become contaminated with water. These issues have had a significant negative impact on the running time of the compressor, affecting the regeneration of the decarburization solution and increasing operational costs. By upgrading the Benfield steam compressor, it is possible to increase the load rate and availability of the facility, conserving energy and reducing consumption.
