摘 要: | 容克式空气预热器是大中型电站锅炉上广泛采用的尾部换热设备,漏风率高是该类设备的致命缺点,所以在容克式空气预热器技术中,防止或降低漏风即密封技术占有很重要的地位。文中推导空气预热器漏风的一般性计算公式,分析影响漏风的因素,提出了采用双密封技术,新结构静密封,安装漏风自动控制系统等降低漏风的对策。

Analysis and Countermeasure for Air Le akage of Ljungstrom Air Preheater |

Abstract: | Ljungstrom air preheater is used widely in large and middle power boilers. Its fatal shortcoming is that it leaks more air than other kinds of heater. So reducing and preventing air leakage is highly important.This paper giver out the general calculating formula of leakage,analyses the factors that influence leakage, and offers some precautions such as doubel seals,new structure of static seal, automatic control system of leakage and so on. |
