| 摘 要： | 分析了汽车把手面盖制品的结构和成型工艺特点，介绍了其注射模具结构设计方法，阐叙了塑件表面“浮纤”现象的形成原因和改善措施，重点探讨了通过调整模具结构、优化注射成型工艺条件来有效改善“浮纤”现象的技术要点。

| Abstract: | The structural and the molding process character of the car handle were analyzed. The design method for structure of the injection mold were introduced. The reason for the fi berglass revealed phenomena on the surface of molded parts and the measure for improving this disfi gurement were stated. And the main technologies for adjusting the mould structure and optimizing the injection molding process were described particular. |
