针对国产DCS缺乏大型机组应用经验的问题,介绍了国产DCS系统XDPS在600 MW亚临界火电机组中的具体应用,描述了贵州盘南电厂3#,4#机组DCS及公用系统的I/O配置、硬件配置、网络拓扑结构及软件控制策略,控制范围包括DAS,MCS,SCS,FSSS,TBC和ECS等子系统。优化的I/O分布,冗余容错光纤环网,全能操作员站,分散布置冗余备用的控制器DPU,灵活的通讯接口,方便的组态工具,完善的控制策略说明XDPS400 系统对600 MW及以上容量大型火电机组具有可靠、完整的解决方案。

Application of XDPS System in 600MW Power Unit

Because of lacking on application experience in mass capacity power generate unit,detailed engineering application of XDPS system in 600 MW sub-critical power generating unit is introduced.I/O configuration of 3#,4# unit DCS and their common system,in Pannan Power Plant,Guizhou,as well as hardware configuration,network structure and software control policy are described.Scope of control system includes sub-system of DAS,MCS,SCS,FSSS,TBC and ECS.Characteristics as optimised I/O dstribution,redundant and fault tolerant optical fiber ring network,omnipotent OPU,distributed and redundant controller-DPU,flexible communicating interface,convenient configuration tools and perfect control policy,all proved that XDPS 400 system has fully reliable and integrated solution to 600 MW and more mass capacity power generating units.
