| 摘 要： | 自《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2003以国家标准的形式发布以来，工程量清单计价规范这种新的计价模式，已经在招投标和工程发承包活动中被广泛采用。受此计价模式改革影响的范围较广，其中受影响最大、最直接的应当是投标人，也就是投标中标后的施工企业。

| Abstract: | Until ＂construction project project amount list valuate norm＂GB50500- 2003 release in the form of national standard, project amount list valuate norm such new pricing mode, take place, contract activity adopt extensively in bid and project already. Range that reform influences of the mode is relatively wide to valuate by this, among them the most influenced, most direct one should be the bidder, construction enterprise after that is to say to submit a tender and win a bid. |
