摘    要:用环氧树脂改性氰酸酯树脂得到了可用于RTM工艺的树脂体系,借助于红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重(TGA)等分析手段,研究了改性树脂体系的粘度特性、储存稳定性、反应性以及固化树脂的力学性能、耐热性、耐湿热性等。

Abstract:Cyanate ester resin shows excellent properties such as low viscosity, long storage life at low temperature and fine reactivity at relative high temperature, but with an unsatisfied toughness. In this study, an available resin system suitable for resin transfer molding(RTM) has been developed by copolymerizing of epoxy resin and cyanate ester resin. The viscosity property, storage life and reactive activity of the modified resin system, as well as the mechanical properties, thermal stability and thermal wet resistance of the cured resin, were analyzed by IR, DSC and TGA. The results show that the modified system suitable for RTM processing with better propertiess, including lower viscosity, longer storage life, higher thermal stability and improved toughness can be acquired by controlling the formula and selecting proper cure and post cure processes, which can be used as high performance composite matrix.
