| Abstract: | To counter the problem of the "it isn't good though the purchasing project or cargo the price is cheap" in the international competition tender invitation of the World Bank credit project, the paper discusses the optimization purchases to solve the problem combining personal experience undertaken the bidding management of World Bank credit project for the last few years. |
