聚丙烯熔喷非织造布及其过滤性能

摘    要:聚丙烯熔喷非织造布具有过滤效率高、阻力低的优点,可广泛用于各种过滤材料.生产过程中有很多工艺参数能影响其结构,从而对其最终过滤性能产生影响,比如空气压力、接收距离、空气温度等.本文论述了有关熔喷聚丙烯非织造布滤材的一些特点,分析总结了聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的生产工艺参数对其结构及过滤性能的影响.

Abstract:The polypropylene-based melt-blown non-woven fabric has high efficiency and low filtration resistance,so it can be used widely as filtration material.The processing parameters,such as air pressure,die-to-collector distance,air temperature and so on,can affect its structure and then the filtration properties.Some characteristics of melt blown polypropylene non-woven fabric are talked about in this article.According to some research done by the formers,it discusses and sums up how its processing parameters affect its structure and its filtration properties.
