| 摘 要： | 针对高校教材管理工作的现状，简单扼要地论述了建立高校教材管理信息系统的必要性。通过分析，确立了系统应当实现的功能和目标．阐述了系统由高至低，逐步深入的设计思想和方法。该系统避免了手工管理产生的种种弊病，使得教材管理工作更加科学化和现代化。

With the func-tion and object of the system set up through analyses the thought and the method of designing the systemstep by step has been proposed.This system has avoided a few drawbacks caused by manual man-agement making the teaching material management scientific and advanced. |
