螺旋焊接方、圆钢管短柱试验

对采用对接焊缝的螺旋焊接圆钢管及冷轧成型圆变方钢管进行了材料力学性能试验和短柱试验。测试表明 ,方钢管的角部和平板部的钢材力学性能都发生了变化 :强度提高 ,延性降低。其次 ,测试了钢管的焊接缺陷、方钢管管壁初始不直度等。最后 ,通过对方钢管短柱的试验 ,发现其承载力可以用现行规范计算。试验表明 ,随钢管一起经受冷加工的螺旋焊缝显示出良好的工作状态。

EXPERIMENT ON SPIRAL WELDED STUB COLUMNS OF PIPES AND TUBES

The tests on the mechanical properties and stub-columns of cold-rolled spiral-welded tubes by butt welding were conducted The tests show that the mechanical properties in both the corner and flat parts of the tubes have changed,with an increase in strength and a decrease in elongation By the loading test on the compressed stubs,it is shown that the load bearing capacities can be calculated according to the current specifications The test also shows that the spiral weld which under went cold forming process behaves well enough to resist loads
