| Abstract: | Brief the industry innovation theory. Describe practicing of the ＂industry innovation＂ theory in China which is the establishment of the ＂production-learning-research＂ system, and discuss shortcomings of ＂ production-learning-research＂ theory. After analyzing the phenomenon of ＂ Li yongwang＂, suggest establishing ＂production-learning-research-business＇industry system in which the ＂research＂ as main part, and the scientists would become the entrepreneurs. |
