哈萨克斯坦250km~3/d天然气凝液回收装置模拟优化设计

摘    要:据哈萨克斯坦天然气气质的特点,提出采用膨胀制冷的深冷工艺回收天然气凝液的方案;并基于Aspen PLUS及EDR软件进行流程模拟及设备初选。模拟结果表明,该方案具有工艺简单、投资低、能耗低及收益高的优点。

Abstract:Based on the gas quality characteristics of natural gas in Kazakhstan ,propose the recovery natural gas condense program with the expansion refrigeration cryogenic technology ,and perform the process simulation and equipment initial selection with both the Aspen PLUS and EDR softwares . The results show that the program has the advantages of simple process ,low investment , low energy consumption and high income .
