上海经济发展与环境系统的协调性研究

针对上海市经济发展与环境污染协调度问题,采用熵值法确定经济发展水平与环境污染的权重;根据灰色系统理论计算各因素之间的关联数值;运用综合评价法计算经济效益评价指数与环境效益评价指数.研究表明,经济发展与环境系统的耦合协调度范围为0.3~0.6,处于轻度失调与初级协调之间;经济效益评价指数与环境效益评价指数近年来大都处于0.5~0.7之间,且两者有相同的发展趋势.

Research on Coordination Between Economic Development and Environmental System of Shanghai

According to the problem of coordination between economic development and environmental pollution of Shanghai, entropy method was used to determine the weights of economic development level and environmental pollution; the relational degree values among the evaluation factors were calculated based on gray correlation;the comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate economic benefit evaluation index and environmental benefits index. The results show that the coupling coordination degree of economic and environmental system is in the range of 0. 3 - 0. 6, which between the mild detuning and the primary coordination; economic and environmental benefits evaluation index in recent years are in the range of 0.5--0.7, and both of them have the same development trend.
