强制循环水冷式冷却系统的故障诊断

摘    要:冷却系统是保证发动机正常工作不可缺少的组成部分,强制循环水冷式是发动机冷却最常用的方式.采用Petri网理论和故障树分析法,以某一故障为出发点,找出故障的传播路径,采用Matlab进行模拟计算.实证表明:模拟路线与实际相吻合,即该方法能快速排查故障所在,具有实际意义.

Abstract:The cooling system is indispensable to guarantee the normal work of the engine components while forced circulation water-cooled is the most common way of cooling the engine. In the fault diagnosis of cooling system, Petri nets and the fault tree analysis were applied to calculate fault propagation path by taking a fault as the starting point, and Matlab software was used for simulation. The result shows that the simulation accords with the actual route, which means the method has a practical significance for a quick fault diagnosis.
