摘 要: | 本文对进气脉动效应的基本原理进行了扼要的叙述,介绍了进气脉动效应的一种较为简便的计算方法,对6160A型柴油机利用进气脉动效应的可行性进行了理论探讨,并对该机采用进气脉动效应的进气管进行设计和计算,对其试验结果作了初步的分析,并指出进一步改进的方向。试验结果表明:采用进气脉动效应,使6160A型柴油机的功率至少提高19%以上,排温降低60~80℃,柴油消耗率也略有降低。

Abstract: | This paper concisely reviews the fundamental theory and introduces a more convenient calculation method of inlet air pulsating effect. After a feasibility study on 6160 type diesel engine, the inlet pipe is accordingly redesigned. A preliminary analysis of test results affords a clearer view on further development work. Test results show that the power of diesel engine increases at least 19%, the exhaust temperature decreases 6—8℃, and the fuel consumption also decreases slightly. |
