摘    要:针对球磨机介质运动分布问题,本文以Φ520 mm×260 mm球磨机建立离散元仿真模型,开展不同转速率下球磨机介质运动状态分布行为研究。研究结果表明:介质运动过程中,不同尺寸的介质会出现分层现象,相同尺寸的介质会聚集在一起;球磨机筒体端面对介质运动状态有影响,不可以忽略;介质运动循环中心径向半径受转速率的影响较小,介质质量中心径向半径受转速率的影响较大;球磨机内矿石颗粒的破碎是多次累积冲击破碎,且发生一次冲击碰撞破碎的概率很小。

Study on Charge Motion Distribution Behavior of Ball Mill at Different Mill Speeds

Abstract:Aiming at the distribution of charge motion in ball mills, this paper takes the ?520 mm×260 mm ball mill as the research object to study the distribution of charge motion at different mill speeds. The results showed that the charge of different sizes will stratify and the same size charge will gather together during the process of charge motion. The end of the barrel of the ball mill has influence on the charge motion state, which cannot be ignored. The radial radius of the circulation center is less affected by the mill speed, while the radial radius of the mass center is more affected by the mill speed. The crushing of ore particles in the ball mill is cumulative crushing for many times, and the probability of an impact collision crushing is little.
