锡石选矿工艺和药剂研究进展

摘    要:金属锡广泛应用于金属镀层、焊接、合金、电子器件以及电气等领域,因其用途广泛,消耗量日益增加,为补充锡矿物资源的匮乏,对微细粒锡石资源进行开发回收显得尤为重要。从锡石资源的特点、选矿工艺、微细粒锡石选矿存在的问题及近年来锡石的选矿工艺和药剂等方面进行了总结,并对锡石浮选工艺与药剂的发展方向提出自己的建议。

Abstract:Tin is widely applied metal in the metal plating, welding, alloy, electronics and electrical and other fields. As the increasing consumption of tin, the depletion of tin resources is becoming a crucial issue. In this regard, the beneficiation of extra-fine cassiterite mineral from its deposit is an important way for the tin production. In this paper, the current benefication methods of cassiterite is reviewed, including the beneficaiton strategies and flotation reagents. In addition, the potential works involving flotation techniques and reagents were also illustrated in this work
