锡石多金属硫化矿磨矿优化试验研究

摘    要:为了缓解锡石多金属硫化矿在磨矿实践中存在锡石过磨与硫化矿欠磨的矛盾,优化其磨矿过程。本文采用单因素试验方法,研究操作因素如磨矿时间、磨矿浓度及磨机充填率对磨矿技术效率、矿石欠磨与过磨以及磨矿合格粒级产出影响规律。结果表明,在磨矿时间8min、磨矿浓度70%、充填率30%时,获得的磨矿技术效率最优。磨矿时间和充填率对锡石多金属硫化矿矿石欠磨与过磨及磨矿合格粒级产出影响较大,而磨矿浓度对其影响相对较小。研究结果可为后续的工业磨矿过程的优化提供试验数据。

Experimental Study on Grinding Optimization ofCassiterite Polymetallic Sulfide Ore

Abstract:In order to alleviate the contradiction between overgrinding of cassiterite and undergrinding of sulfide ore in the grinding practice of cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore, the grinding process is optimized. Single factor test method was used in this paper, the effect of operating parameters such as the grinding time, grinding concentration and filling rate on the grinding technical efficiency, overgrinding and undergrinding of ore and influence regularity of output of grinding qualified size range were studied. The results showed that the grinding technical efficiency is the best when the grinding time is 8min, the grinding concentration is 70%, and the filling rate is 30%. The grinding time and filling rate have great influence on the overgrinding and undergrinding of cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore as well as the output of grinding qualified size range, while the grinding concentration has relatively little influence on it. The results can provide experimental data for the optimization of industrial grinding process.
