地铁深基坑开挖对紧邻建筑影响的有限元模拟与监测研究

摘    要:以临近北京地铁朝阳门站深基坑某高层建筑为背景,采用有限元分析软件PLAXIS建立了考虑位移场、渗流场情况下的深基坑开挖对临近高层建筑影响的三维数值模型,对工程降水、基坑开挖引起的高层建筑变形与沉降进行了分析计算,并结合实测数据探讨了基坑和高层建筑相对位置与开挖深度对地基基础的卸载或加载作用。结果表明:数值计算结果与实测结果比较接近,可为深基坑开挖对周边环境的影响分析及类似工程提供参考。

Research on Finite Element Simulation and Monitoring of Influence Subway Deep Foundation Pit Excavation on Adjacent Building

Abstract:Taking a high rise building of deep foundation pit surrounding Chaoyangmen subway station in Beijing as background,a three-dimension numerical model with considering displacement field and seepage field was established using finite element software PLAXIS to simulate the influence of deep foundation pit excavation on adjacent high-rise building. The deformation and settlement of high-rise buildings caused by dewatering and foundation pit excavation were analyzed and calculated. Combined with the actual data, the loading and unloading effects caused by the relative location of pit and high-rise buildings and excavation depth were discussed. The results show that numerical simulation results are close to actual data, which provides a reference to analysis of surrounding environment change caused by deep foundation pit excavation and similar engineering.
