穿孔等离子弧焊的熔深检测

摘    要:在小孔等离子弧焊接过程中,首次利用鞘层电压获知等离子云喷封角,从而获知熔深情况。从以往研究只停留在实时检测小孔是否穿透的状态信息,前进到通过等离子云喷射角来检测熔池熔深的状态。设计了无源探针检测等离子云装置,该装置简单、可靠,具有较好的工业应用前景。

Abstract:The angle of plasma cloud can reflect the penetration and it can be known by means of plasma cloud voltage in plasma welding,which is first put forward in this paper.Compared with former study,the method can be used to detect the penetration of the pool instead of only detecting the state of whether the keyhole formed.A device to detect plasma cloud with no source is designed,and it has a good future because of the good character of simpleness and credibility.
