摘    要:针对内圆磨床低噪声高速电主轴设计的诸多关键问题进行了探讨。通过对电主轴中噪声产生的原因加以分析,提出了降低噪声的方法;通过双水外冷系统,较好地解决了发热厉害、温升太高的问题;通过PLC变频调速使电主轴运行到额定转速。实践表明该方法是合理的,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The key problems of design of internal grinding machine low noise high-speed bearing were discussed. After analyzing the reason for noise bring, the methods of decreasing noise were proposed. The problems on great heating and high temperature were solved perfectly through double water outer cooling technology. Enabling devices to running on rating rotate speed was attained through PLC variable frequency speed regulation. The practice proved that the proposed method was in reason, and it had preferably economic benefit and social profit.
