| 摘 要： | 以大型专用有限元模拟软件ANSYS/LS -DYNA为仿真工具 ,研究了螺旋肋成肋过程中的三维弹塑性有限元模拟技术。对螺旋肋钢丝成肋拉拔过程进行了模拟 ,得到成肋过程中工件内部的应力场和应变场的信息 ,描述了工件不同部位的变形特点 ,揭示了成肋拉拔过程中金属的流动规律。

| Abstract: | To study three-dimensioned elastic-plastic finite element simulating technology of the deforming process of spiral rib steel wire using ANSYS/LS-DYNA as a simulating tool. Drawing process of spiral rib steel wire is simulated. A lot of information such as distribution of the stress field and strain field has got. Distortion characteristics at different parts of steel wire are described. The law of metal flow in the drawing process has revealed. |
