CIMCu-Ni油脂氢化催化剂的工业生产应用

摘    要:报道了CIMCu- Ni 油脂氢化催化剂的工业生产应用结果:1- 用于制工业硬化油,CIM-1催化剂的活性(时空产率) 是同类国产传统催化剂的5 倍,CIM- 1 催化剂的活化还原温度比同类传统催化剂低30 ℃。因而使催化剂用量降低到原来的14,硬化油产量提高0-5% ,质量提高一个档次;同时还降低了能耗,延长了设备寿命,降低了废催化剂的量,减少了环境污染,提高了劳动生产率。2- 用于制食用氢化油,CIM- 2 催化剂的活性( 时空产率) 是美国Harshaw 公司HarcatSP- 7 催化剂的5 倍,选择性与Harcat SP-7 相当。

Industrial Application of the CIM Cu-Ni Catalyst for Oil Hydrogenation
Abstract:This paper reports the results of industrial applications of the CIM catalyst for oil hydrogenation.It was shown that for the production of industrial hardened oil,the activity(space productivity per hour) of CIM-1 catalyst was five times as high as that of the traditional one,and the temperature of activation/reduction of CIM-1 catalyst was 150℃,30℃ lower than that of the traditional one,and the quality of the hydrogenated oil was raised for one grade.Therefore,the amount of CIM-1 catalyst used was only 1/4 of the traditional one,the output of hardened oil increased by 0.5%,the consumed energy was reduced,the life of the equipments was prolonged,the quantity of waste catalyst was reduced,and the labor productivity was raised.For the production of edible hydrogenated oil,the activity (space productivity per hour) of CIM-2 catalyst was five times as high as that of Harcat SP-7 No.H32,1987(Harshaw Co.USA),and the selectivity of the cocoanut fat components and the SFI values in the hydrogenated oil by CIM-2 catalyst was almost equal to that by Harcat SP-7.
