N-二氯乙酰基-2-甲基-1-氧杂-4-氮杂-螺[4,5]癸烷的合成研究

摘    要:以w(NaOH)=33%水溶液为催化剂,异丙醇胺、环己酮和二氯乙酰氯为原料,一步法合成了标题化合物。采用正交实验法得到最佳反应条件:溶剂为苯,反应温度-2~4℃,反应时间1h,产物的收率82.5%。化合物经红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析予以确证。

Abstract:N- Dichloroacetyl - 2- methyl- 1 - oxa-4- aza- spiro -4, 5 - decane was prepared by one step synthesis of isopropanolamine, cyclohexanone and dichloroacetyl chloride and with 33% NaOH aq. used as catalyst. The effects of reaction solvent, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield were discussed by orthogonal test. The optimum reaction conditions obtained are as follows: reaction solvent is benzene reaction temperature is - 2~ - 4℃, reaction time is lh. Under the optimum condition, the yield of title compound is 82. 5%. The product was confirmed by IR, 'HNMR and elementary analysis.
