摘    要:分析了三辊扩径穿孔对钢管表面质量的影响,并进行了实验论证。指出了三辊扩径穿孔不利于金属的变形和流动,以及增大扩径率会加剧附加变形,严重影响钢管表面质量。

Abstract:Based on analysis of negative influ ence by the three -roll expanding /pi ercing process on steel tube surface quality and relevant experimental p roofs,it is concluded that the three-roll expanding /piercing process makes it rather difficult to get desirable metal deformation and flow,and that increasing the tube diameter expansion rate r esults in severe additional deformation,thus considerably weakening the tube surface q uality.
