| 摘 要： | TCZ1050/60型立式通用高频淬火机床原有的电控系统经过长期运行,出现了不正常的控制故障。介绍了用PLC和触摸屏技术对该机床电控系统进行改造的方案。电控系统以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏为人机接口,使系统控制界面友好,简单直观,便于操作。改造后解决了原有电控系统存在的问题,保证了控制系统的可靠性,增强了控制系统的操作性。

| Abstract: | TCZ1050/60 vertical universal high freqeucy quencher machine tool's control failures have occured after the former system is in function for a long time.Puts forward a new method to reform the electrical-controlling system of the machine tool by PLC and touch screen.The control system takes PLC as the control nucleus,touch screen as human-computer interface,it makes the system friendly watched,easily operated and handled.After reform,the new method solves the problems of the former system,ensures the reliability and feasibility. |
